Acutis Firewall is free, has no ads, no account and no analytics. It is built and maintained in spare time, and donations pay for test devices, blocklist hosting and the hours spent keeping the app working on new Android releases.

Every contribution is optional. The app is complete and stays fully functional without one.

Bitcoin is the only way to donate at the moment. There is no Lightning address and no other currency.

How to donate

1. Open a Bitcoin wallet. Any wallet that supports native SegWit (bc1q…) addresses works, including BlueWallet, Electrum, Sparrow, Muun and Bitcoin Core on desktop.
2. Scan the QR code above with the wallet’s scanner, or copy the address and paste it into the wallet’s “send to” field.
3. Send any amount. There is no minimum and no account, email or name is needed.
4. Confirm the address in the wallet before sending. It starts with bc1q and ends with tu2quce.

Check a donation arrived

Donations are public on the Bitcoin blockchain. Paste the address into a block explorer such as mempool.space to see incoming payments. A transaction shows up there immediately, before it is confirmed.

Good to know

• Mainnet only. This is a real Bitcoin address, not a testnet one. Sending coins from another network (testnet, or an altcoin address that looks similar) loses them.
• Fees apply. Your wallet adds a network fee. A donation of a few dollars is fine; if the fee looks larger than the amount, wait for quieter network conditions.
• Anonymous. No email or identity is collected. A donation is visible on the public blockchain, but it is not linked to you by this project.
• Not tax-deductible. Donations are gifts, not payments for a product or service.
